Upgrade Subscription
If you are using the Free Edition of PBO Tools and wish to access more advanced features, upgrading to the Professional Edition is straightforward. Below are the steps to upgrade your subscription using either our website or the PBO Tools application.
Upgrade via Website
Purchase a Subscription:
Visit https://pbo.tools to purchase a Professional Edition subscription. After completing your purchase, you will receive a license key in your email. This key is crucial for the upgrade process and should be kept secure and not shared.
Log into Your Account:
Go to https://client.pbo.tools and log in with your PBO Tools username and password.
Complete the Upgrade:
Click on the 'Upgrade Now' button. Enter your username (case-sensitive) and the new license key, then press 'upgrade'.
Upgrade via PBO Tools Application
Open PBO Tools:
Launch the PBO Tools application and select [4] for 'Renew/Upgrade Subscription'.
Enter Upgrade Details:
Input your PBO Tools username (case-sensitive) and your new license key.
Complete the Upgrade:
After entering the details, the application will inform you whether the upgrade was successful or failed. If the upgrade fails, a reason for the failure will be displayed.
