Reset Password

If you cannot remember your password or need to update it, PBO Tools provides two methods to ensure you can regain access and secure your account.

Reset Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly through the PBO Tools application:

  1. Open PBO Tools Application:

    • Launch the application and select option [3] for "Forgot Password."

  2. Provide Account Details:

    • Enter your PBO Tools username and the email address you used during signup.

  3. Verification and Reset Link:

    • If everything matches our records, an email will be sent to you containing a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

  4. Application Credential Update:

    • Upon the next launch of the PBO Tools application, the software will recognize the updated username and password. You will be prompted to delete your saved credentials. After deletion, log in with the new password. A new credentials file will be saved to your PC, ensuring seamless access moving forward.

Change Existing Password

If you know your current password and wish to change it for security reasons or personal preference, you can do so via our website:

  1. Log Into Your Account:

  2. Update Your Password:

    • Once logged in, navigate to the "Customer Actions" section. Here, you can enter a new password and press 'update changes'. This will update your account credentials.

  3. Application Credential Update:

    • Upon the next launch of the PBO Tools application, the software will recognize the updated username and password. You will be prompted to delete your saved credentials. After deletion, log in with the new password. A new credentials file will be saved to your PC, ensuring seamless access moving forward.

These processes ensure that you can maintain secure access to your PBO Tools account, whether you need to recover a forgotten password or update your existing credentials.
