Reset Hardware ID
PBO Tools Professional Edition subscriptions are tied to a machine's hardware ID to prevent unauthorized sharing of accounts. If you need to reset this lock because of hardware changes or to move your subscription to a new computer, you can follow the steps below:
Log into Your Account:
Visit https://client.pbo.tools and log in with your account username and password.
HWID Reset:
Once logged in, select the "HWID Reset" button. This action will release the current hardware ID lock associated with your account, allowing you to connect from a new machine.
Restriction:
Please note that you can perform this action once every 7 days to maintain the security and integrity of your subscription.
Additional Hardware Access
Multi-Computer Use:
If you require PBO Tools on more than one computer, you have the option to purchase an add-on that allows an additional computer to be linked to your account. This add-on is available through https://pbo.tools and requires that both computers share the same IP address for verification purposes.
This policy ensures that PBO Tools Professional Edition remains secure while providing flexibility for users who need to update their hardware or use multiple devices.
